I LOVE YOU BUDDY!  This is a KIND and VERY SWEET MALE!  He helps me raise babies all the time.  He is so funny and happy and never really complains unless someone is here to see his KIDS and he cannot join in the FUN!!  Mr. SOCIAL he thinks he is : )  haha  He is a wonderful boy!   Soon to be 8 years old....Hard to believe that he was just a BABY not long ago.....He has helped me see through THE COLOR and the OUTSIDE OF A SHEPHERD!!  He is forever a piece and part of my life.  I love you dearly sweet Buddy! I always tell folks that he reminds me of my old man GIZMO!!  Just so sweet and stable and yet so loving and loyal!

We call him Buddy for short.  He is everyone's Buddy, too.  He and Bubba have been inseparable since the day he arrived.  Buddy was 6 months old when we brought him home.  

Buddy's AKC registration has him listed as a Black and Red.  He is also DNA'd for those who think that he is not a shepherd : )

Buddy is a color that is not traditional and a lot of breeders consider him completely wrong.  He is everything BUT wrong and we enjoy him and feel very honored to have him in our lives.  Color does not MAKE the dog.  Buddy is dedicated and sincere when it comes to working and doing chores around the house.  He thinks that keeping the horse and cow in  line is HIS job.  Wonderful dog.  We LOVE him.  

He is just gorgeous to watch move.  He is of the older German & American breeding and look. Behind the Old American Bloodlines run CH COVY TUCKER HILL'S ZORRO, CH COVY'S MAZARATI OF TUCKER HILL, as well as CH STUTTGART'S SUNDANCE KID.
