Heidi would be best with someone who does not have other dogs or children and for someone who is HOME more then gone during the day.  She is one of those wonderful dogs who would lay at your feet on a cold winter night.....she is a sweet girl.....now to start her life without Lil Bubba.

Heidi and Lil' Bubba were incredible friends and companions of my wonderful late friend Bob!  Bob loved these 2 shepherds with all he had!  Being alone, he became their BEST FRIEND instantly and they became a concrete part of his life!!  Bob would bring them up to my house weekly....just hanging out here, playing with the other dogs....through this....Bob became a wonderful and true addition to MY OWN LIFE and so began our wonderful relationship between Bob and myself and the shepherds......we constantly referred to them as the "germans"  : )  through the years of our friendship, Bob would become concerned about HIS KIDS if a day came in which he would no longer be there for them.....we had many conversations about this...  I told him that his KIDS were always welcome here at my house and kennel. As time moved forward way too quickly, there did come a day in which the dogs were to come back here to me.  Life is way too short, I think we can all agree on that....In bringing the dogs HOME here, I found out that they are truly NOT kennel dogs and having them here with me was not working very well....

They are both extremely SPOILED and have been pampered to the MAX throughout their lives : )  Each of them had the run of Bob's home and he had a special made doggie door installed for them.....he himself just last year put up a fence around part of his property so they could COME and GO as they pleased : ) and they did....always keeping a watchful eye on who would enter the driveway and they became wonderful friends of the 'mail lady' who everyday would bring them each three cookies and both Heidi and Lil' Bubba knew that she was the one who brought them...they would walk to the mail box daily with Bob and on occasion me....to receive their cookies :)

I am looking for great homes for the both of them.....either they can go together with someone or separately.....They are both very well behaved in the house, love doggie beds, enjoy the outside, and used to go on long walks with Bob.  They are dedicated and sincere when it comes to loving someone.....They are good with children although were not raised with little ones.....they did spend alot of time with Bob's great grandson who lived next door to Bob. They alert when something is out of place or if they hear something strange or different....Lil' Bubba is a wonderful buddy who LOVES to be outside.....where as Heidi is more prim and proper and is happier in the house on the couch : )  Both Heidi and Lil' Bubba have been a LARGE part of my life here at kennel....Their owner BOB was like a father to me and he was here at least once or twice a week : )  Lil' Bubba and my BUBBA used to be incredible friends....but as Bob grew sick and could not drive up too often, they did end up growing apart...We did not take Bubba to Bob's all that often as he was seriously ill with Cancer and we did not want to cause too many issues between the dogs....I know both of these dogs like the back of my hand.....just like MY OWN DOGS!!  I can tell you everything and anything about them and if you think one or the other or even both would FIT INTO YOUR LIFE, PLEASE let me know.  I cannot handle seeing them in the kennel, for they have no clue why they are there and don't understand being left there.....I sometimes wonder if they think Bob will be back for them.....it's heartbreaking........they truly are wonderful HOUSE companions!!

This is HEIDI with my BUBBA at Bob's house when she was a pup!!
